Effect
Temporarily boosts movement speed and attack. Requires a pushcart to be equipped.

Notes
- Decrease AGI and this skill mutually cancel each other out. If this skill is active and Decrease AGI succeeds, use this skill once to cancel Decrease AGI and once more to activate it again.
- Movement Speed boost does not stack with Increase AGI.
- This skill is unaffected by Slow Grace and Dispell.
