- Talk to Cart Decorator in . The player will have to complete 1 of 3 tasks depending on your choice of cart designs from the Change Cart 2 skill.
- Gift Box Cart: hunt 50 Mimics and get 1 Gift Wrapping Ribbon from Santa Apprentice .
- Poring Family Cart: hunt 50 of each of the following: Poring, Poporing, Drops and Marin
- Angeling Cart: hunt 1 Mastering get 1 Gift Wrapping Ribbon from Santa Apprentice .
- For tasks that require Gift Wrapping Ribbon, first complete the hunting task before visiting Santa Apprentice in Lutie.
- Once in Lutie you will need to speak with Santa Apprentice and go inside the Gift Shop which is the building next to the NPC.
- Inside you'll need to approach each gift box to get the missing Gift Wrapping Ribbon.
- Once you have successfully retrieved one, go to Santa Apprentice to receive 1 Gift Wrapping Ribbon and return to Cart Decorator to learn Change Cart 2.

2 1. Talk to Gershaun in , to learn Cart Revolution. Bring him 20 Iron, 30 Sticky Mucus, 20 Fly Wings, 5 Tentacles, 1 Banana Juice and 2 Grape Juice. However if you bring him Banana Juice but with incomplete items, he'll take your juice and you'll need to recollect it again. When successful, he will teach you a skill and leave you with 5 each Iron, Fly Wing, and Sticky Mucus.

- In Alberta, go to the Merchant Guild and talk to the Purchasing Team. He offers to sell you a license (to buy licenses) for 10,000 Zeny.
- After paying him, he will teach you Open Buying Store and give you 5 Bulk Buyer Shop Licenses. You can purchase more licenses from him for 200 Zeny each, up to 50 at a time.
