Effect

Grants the skills Cold Bolt, Fire Bolt or Lightening Bolt the chance of being dual-cast temporarily. This also affects the forementioned skills cast through Hindsight, scrolls and autocast features.

• The Cast Time of this skill cannot be reduced by DEX. However, Magic Strings and Foresight do.

Applications

• This skill works very well in conjuntion with Sage Spirit, which alters Hindsight to release level 10 bolts if they have been mastered, allowing to dual-cast level 10 bolts rapidly.
