Change Cart (Alt: Change Cart) is a 1st class active skill available as Merchant. This skill can only be learned through a certain quest.
Effect
Alters the appearance of the equipped Pushcart. Higher level characters will have a greater variety of Pushcart looks to choose from.

Notes
- If this skill is used before a Pushcart is equipped, the new Pushcart appearance becomes active once it is equipped.
- When a Pushcart is removed and re-equipped, it will return to its default appearance.
- The level 100+ carts were added as a sneak update in Maintenance 5/1/2017
