Effect
Boosts Movement Speed temporarily with the equipped Pushcart.
Notes
- Decrease AGI will cancel Cart Boost and apply its debuff. Cart Boost will cancel Decrease AGI.
- The effect of this skill does not stack with Increase AGI and it cannot be cancelled by Slow Grace and Dispell.
