Double Bolt (Alt: Double Casting) is a Transcendent 2nd class active skill available as Scholar.
Effect
Grants the skills Cold Bolt, Fire Bolt or Lightening Bolt the chance of being dual-cast temporarily. This also affects the forementioned skills cast through Hindsight, scrolls and autocast features.
