Shattering Strike (Alt: Melt Down) is a Transcendent 2nd class active skill available as Mastersmith.
Effect
Bestows a chance of breaking enemies equipped weapon or armor with each attack while in PvP. Against monsters, this skill will decrease their physical damage or defense instead. Fixed damage is added to attacks for the duration and can be increased further by LUK.
