Napalm Vulcan (Alt: Napalm Vulcan) is a Transcendent 2nd class offensive skill available as High Wizard.
Effect
Strikes a single target with a barrage of psychokinetic energy attacks, where each hit will inflict Ghost property magic damage to all enemies within the area of effect, and has a chance to leave them cursed. Damage also increases according to a character's base level.
