Fiber Lock (Alt: Spider Web) is a Transcendent 2nd class active skill available as Scholar.
Effect
Shoots a sticky web at a single target to leave it immobilized and reduce its flee rate by 50 temporarily. If the web is struck by a Fire property attack, the target will take 250% of the damage and the web will be destroyed. Each cast consumes a Cobweb.
Notes
- A maximum of three sticky webs can be active before the first one expires.
- A sticky web can only hold one enemy.
- The duration is halved in PvP environment.
