Focused Arrow Strike (Alt: Sharp Shooting) is a Transcendent 2nd class offensive skill available as Sniper.

Effect

Shoots a mighty, piercing arrow at a single target for ranged physical damage. Hits enemies in a 5x5 area around the target as well. Additionally, critical damage is applied at a rate of 50% added to the caster's critical probability. However, in the case of critical damage, half of the total number of critical damage increase options is applied.
