Steel Body (Alt: Mental Strength) is a 2nd class active skill available as a Monk.
Effect
Strengthens the user's mind to temporarily reduce all incoming damage to 10% at cost of reduced Movement Speed and Attack Speed and the inability of using active and offensive skills. Each cast uses five Spirit Spheres.

Notes
- Items are still usable during the effect of this skill.
- DEF and MDEF will reduce damage further and piercing attacks will still be affected by the damage reduction.
- The damage reduction of this skill is applied after calculating reflected damage from regular attacks. This means that the reduction will not apply to the reflected damage.
