Phantasmic Arrow (Alt: Phantasmic Arrow) is a 2nd class offensive skill available as Hunter and Sniper. This skill can only be learned through a certain quest.
Effect
Shoots an illusory bolt at a single target to inflict 500% ranged physical damage and push it 3 cells backwards.
Notes
- This skill does not require arrows, as one is created for the skill.
- This skill always inflicts Wind property damage.
