Drain HP each second.

Force the affected entity to use /heh emote, to randomly use skills and drain 3% of Max HP every 4 seconds.

Inflict damage, which causes the affected entity to flinch every 10 seconds. This will interrupt the skill casting, even if protected against it. (Phen and Bloody Butterfly cards, Orleans' Gown, Huuma Calm Mind)

Force the affected entity to use /? emote, block SP Recovery and cause Oblivion status. There is a chance of being inflicted, with a minimum of 5%.
