Loki's Veil (Alt: Classical Pluck) is a 2nd class active ensemble skill available as Bard, Minstrel, Dancer and Gypsy.
Effect
Performs an ensemble that applies a debuff to all nearby players that blocks their usage of skills.
Notes
- This skill can only be cast in PvP.
- The player who initiated this skill isn't affected and can continue to use skills normally.
- Ensemble skills need the two performers to be within 9x9 range of each other.
- After casting an ensemble skill, both performers suffer from Ensemble Fatigue for 10 seconds, slowing down their movement speed and attack speed, as well as blocking them from using other skills.
- Unlike other ensemble skills, this skill does not count as a ensemble buff and won't remove any currently active ensemble buff.
