Deluge (Alt: Deluge) is a 2^nd class supportive skill available as Sage and Scholar.

Effect

Casts an area on the ground that amplifies all Water property attacks and increases the Max HP of all characters within its area of effect. Each cast consumes a Blue Gemstone.

Notes

• This skill acts as shallow water for skills Aqua Benedicta and Water Ball. While Water Ball consumes cells of this skill rapidly, Aqua Benedicta can be used endlessly while the spell on the ground lasts.
• This skill doubles the duration of Blinding Mist.
• This skill cannot be cast on a cell currently affected by any floor skill or ground targeted skill.
• Initial cast consumes one Blue Gemstone and grants the Elemental Floor buff for the duration. Casting this skill, Whirlwind or Volcano while the buff is active will not incur a Gemstone cost.
