Perfect Tablature (Alt: A Whistle) is a 2nd class supportive skill available as Bard.

Effect

Performs a song that will apply a Flee rate and Perfect Dodge buff to all nearby party members including the performer. A player may only have 1 song buff active at any given time, performing a different song will replace the previous buff.
