Freezing Spell (Alt: Freezing Spell) is a 3^rd class passive skill available as Warlock.

Effect

Raises the amount of Mind Slots available for Reading Spell Book. When spells are sealed up, slowly drains SP depending on the number of spells.

Applications

• This skill is not required to learn and use Reading Spell Book. A high level Warlock will have enough INT and Base Level to memorize one or two of each spell. As such, players tight on skill points often discard this skill. However, due to the high Mind Slot use of Comet and Tetra Vortex, this skill is needed to memorize more than one.
