Sonic Blow is a 2nd class offensive skill available as an Assassin.
Effect
Directs a flurry of rapid slices with the equipped katar at a single target while spinning it to inflict physical damage. It has a chance of leaving the target stunned. Deals 50% more damage to targets below 50% HP.
