Madogear License (Alt: Magic Gear License) is a 3rd class Madogear passive skill available as Mechanic.
Effect
Enables the player to use the mobile suit called Madogear. When it is in use, this skill raises Physical Attack (Weapon Mastery), and diminishes the Movement Speed penalty for wearing it.
