Cold Bolt (Alt: Cold Bolt) is a 1^st class offensive skill available as Mage.

Effect

Calls forth chunks of frigid ice from the skies to strike at a single target, where each chunk will inflict 100% Water property magic damage. This skill can also be used in conjunction with the Sorcerer's Spell Fist skill.
