Charming Wink (Alt: Wink of Charm) is a 2nd class active skill available as Dancer and Gypsy. This skill can only be learned through a certain quest.
Effect
Shows an enticing wink at a single target that may leave it charmed for 10 seconds. Against monsters, this skill has a success chance of 70% and they will become non-aggressive when charmed. Against players, it may leave them confused instead.
Notes
- This skill only affects Demi Human, Angel and Demon race monsters and does not affect high level and boss monsters.
