Rolling Cutter (Alt: Rolling Cutter) is a 3rd class offensive skill available as Guillotine Cross.
Effect
Performs a spinning attack with the equipped Katar, which will inflict damage to all enemies within the Area of Effect. Each spin increases a Spin Count, which will improve the damage output of Cross Ripper Slasher.
Damage (ATK)% = (Base_Damage × BaseLv ÷ 100)

Notes
- The Spin Count will wear off either after three seconds, moving or using another skill except the Back Slide or Dark Illusion skills.
- To help spamming this skill, the player can activate /q2 or /quickspell2. This way, the player can use scroll down/scroll up on the mouse to use Rolling Cutter.
