Close Confine (Alt: Close Confine) is a 2nd class active skill available as a Rogue. This skill can only be learned through a certain quest.
Effect
Holds a single target interlocked with the user, leaving them unable to move, but still being able to attack or use skills and items. When this skill is in effect, the user's Flee Rate is increased by 10.
Notes
- If the target is knocked back 3 cells away from the user (or going beyond the range of 2 cells after the skill is successfully executed), or hides and quickly unhides, this skill will be canceled.
- Does not affect Boss-protocol monsters.
