Charm Wind (Alt: Kazehu Seiran) is an Expanded 2nd class active skill available as Kagerou and Oboro.
Effect
This summons a Wind Charm. These orbit your head like a Monk's Spirit Sphere. You may have up to 10 wind charms up at once. If you have 10 wind charms, you will deal 30% more damage to Water Element monsters. Summoning charms of any other element will remove all charms.
Wind Charms increase damage inflicted with wind element Ninja skills:
Wind Blade: +20% per charm (+200% with 10 charms)
Lightning Jolt: +15% per charm (+150% with 10 charms)
First Wind: +10% per charm (+100% with 10 charms)
Notes
Charms are removed by skills that remove spirit spheres.
