Elemental Change (Alt: Elemental Change) is a 2nd class active skill available as a Sage. This skill can only be learned through a certain quest.
Effect
Alters the elemental property of a single target permanently. The player may only learn one of the following variants: Fire, Water, Earth, and Wind. Each cast consumes an Elemental Converter of the same property as the learned variant of this skill.
The success formula is as follows:
55 + ((INT + Base Level / 10) + (Base Level - Monster Level) = Success Percent (%)
Notes
- This skill does not affect boss monsters or players.
