Pang Voice (Alt: Pang Voice) is a 2nd class active skill available as Bard and Minstrel. This skill can only be learned through a certain quest.
Effect
Lets out a loud scream at a single target that may leave it confused. The success rate is based on the user's level, and the target's VIT, LUK and level.
Notes
- This skill does not affect boss monsters.
