• Outside the inn you can find a Continental Guard to move to the Dimensional Rift. morocc296203

• After moving to the Dimensional Rift, go talk to Bas. dali11564

• You'll be sent to the Ruins of Morroc. Talk to Clat and he'll try to recruit you. moc_ruin75124

• Walk to the temporary base and talk to Captain Balrog. moc_ruin20460

• Talk to Heren and she'll explain what's happening. moc_ruin20359

• She will then task you with defeating monsters, move to the North field map by talking to the Continental Guard. moc_ruin295204

• Talk to Illyil and he will tell the monster you need to defeat is the Devil Eye. moc_f20b48192

• Once you're done, go back to the temporary base and talk to Captain Balrog. You're now officially recruited. moc_ruin20460

At this point some of the daily quests will be available.

• Talk to the Captain again. Now you have to find the Assassin Guild members.

• Find J to get help from the Assassin Guild. moc_ruin45106

• He will send you back to the Captain to finalize the agreement.
