- Travel to Payon and speak to the NPC named Phoenix at . He will ask the player to gain 1 more Base Level.
- Return to Phoenix after gaining 1 Base Level and give the following answer to his question:
- I face it head on.
- Accept differences and learn from them.
- Yes.
- He will then change you into a TaeKwon Kid and reward you witth a Guard [0]. (Some servers require gaining more than 1 Base Level during the quest for this reward.)
- Note: if your Base Level is 20 or higher, you will not be asked to gain another level.
