1. Speak to the Guard Soldiers in Amatsu amatsu164174. He will tell you not to enter the house. In there is the master's mother and she has been sick for several months.

   

2. Now, go to the castle and find the Lord of Palace ama_in02200176 on the 4th floor. Tell him you heard his mother is sick. He will ask you to cure his mother.

   

3. Go talk to Grandma in the house the Guard Soldiers were guarding amatsu168181.

   

4. After this, head back outside and go to a boy named Kouji near the walls amatsu192199. Speak to him twice.

   

5. Head North and go to the shrine ama_fild01174331.
6. Talk to the NPC named Kitsune Mask (Takahue) ama_in01180173. He'll teach you how to get rid of the ghost.

   

7. Go visit Grandma again. amatsu168181. Talk to her until you're given Nine Tails. Speak to her one more time after she gives you the Nine Tails.
8. Take the Nine Tails to the Lord of Palace. He'll thank you for your work. You are now able to enter the Amatsu Dungeon. The dungeon is located on the 5th floor. Simply walk up the ladder you see as you enter the 4th floor, and speak to the NPC waiting there, and he'll let you in ama_in02116178.

To unlock the Daily Quests that both Grandma and the Amatsu Dungeon Access Officer offer, do the following once done with the above quest.

1. Go and talk to Grandma.
2. After, return and talk to the Lord of Palace.
3. Go back and talk to Grandma.

Grandma will now offer 3 daily quests, and the Amatsu Dungeon Access Officer will offer 2.
