Demi-Human are a race of Monster. Any non-Random Options modifiers that affect Demi-Humans will also affect the Player race.
The Demi-Human race is used for creatures that are humanlike in appearance or feature humanlike characteristics, making them fairly easy to identify, even for less experienced players. A little common sense often lets you easily pinpoint a monster as Demi-Human.
