Neutral

The Neutral property is one of the ten elemental properties in Ragnarok Online. The basic elemental property, a large portion of skills and monsters are Neutral property. Neutral has no elemental weakness and resists the Ghost property, which also resists the Neutral property. All weapons, unless specified, are of the Neutral property.

Shield

• Parasite Card: Decreases Neutral property damage by 5%.
• Tatacho Card:
  • Reduces damage taken from Neutral property enemies by 20%.
  • Increases physical damage on Neutral property targets by 5%.

Garment

• Deviling Card: Decreases Neutral property damage by 50% and increases any other property damage by 50%.
• Harpy Card: Decreases Neutral property damage from Formless monsters by 15%.<ref name=neutral>
• Noxious Card: Decreases Neutral property and long range damage by 10% each.
• Orc Baby Card:
  • Reduces damage taken from Neutral property attacks by 10%.
  • If upgrade level is +9 or higher, reduces damage taken from Neutral property attacks by an additional 5%.
• Raydric Card: Decreases Neutral property damage by 20%.

• 3D Glasses: Reduces damage taken from Neutral property attacks by 5%.
• Ascendant Crown [1]: Reduces damage taken from Neutral property attacks by 5% (Super Novice only).
• Palace Guard Cap: Reduces damage taken from Neutral property attacks by 5%.
• Shaman's Hair Decoration: Reduces damage taken from Neutral property attacks by 5%.

Weapon

• Brocca: Increases physical damage on Neutral property targets by 25%.

Shield

• Lian Shield [1]: Reduces damage taken from Neutral property enemies by 5%.
• Ultralight Magic Shield [1]:
  • Reduces damage taken from Neutral property attacks by 5%.
  • If upgrade level is +7 or higher, reduces damage taken from Neutral property attacks by an additional 2%.
  • If upgrade level is +9 or higher, reduces damage taken from Neutral property attacks by an additional 3%.

Garment

• Amistr Bag : Reduces damage taken from Neutral property attacks by 5%.

  • Reduces damage taken from Neutral property attacks by 3% if the users base Vit is 90 or higher.
  • If upgrade level is +8 or higher, reduces damage taken from Neutral property attacks by an additional 3% if the users base Vit is 90 or higher.
  • If upgrade level is +10 or higher, reduces damage taken from Neutral property attacks by an additional 4% if the users base Vit is 90 or higher.
• Ferlock's Cloak [1]: Reduces damage taken from Neutral property attacks by 10%.
• Heroic Backpack [1]:
  • If upgrade level is +7 or higher, reduces damage taken from Neutral property attacks by 5% if the users base Vit is 90 or higher.
  • If upgrade level is +9 or higher, reduces damage taken from Neutral property attacks by an additional 5% if the users base Vit is 90 or higher.
• Hero Manteau [1]:
  • Reduces damage taken from Neutral property attacks by 1%.
  • Reduces damage taken from Neutral property attacks by an additional 3% per 3 upgrade levels of the item.
  • If upgrade level is +10 or higher, reduces damage taken from Neutral property attacks by an additional 20%.
• Upgrade Part - Engine [1]: If upgrade level is +7 or higher, reduces damage taken from Neutral property attacks by 10% (Mechanic only).

Shoes

• Traveler Shoes:
  • Increases damage of Neutral property magical attacks on targets by 2%.
  • If upgrade level is +5 or higher, increases damage of Neutral property magical attacks on targets by an additional 3%.
  • If upgrade level is +7 or higher, increases damage of Neutral property magical attacks on targets by an additional 5%.

Accessory

• Verus Core [1]: Increases physical damage on Neutral property targets by 5%.

Equipment Sets

• Antonio's Coat & Antonio Card Set: Reduces damage taken from Neutral property attacks by 5%.
• Consultation Robe & Valkyrie Manteau Set:
  • Reduces damage taken from Neutral property attacks by 10%.
  • If Consultation Robe upgrade level is +10 or higher, reduces damage taken from Neutral property attacks by an additional 10%.
• Flying Galapago & Condor Card Set - Reduces damage taken from Neutral property attacks by 5%.
• Illusion Muffler & Illusion Staff of Bordeaux Set - If the combined upgrade levels of Illusion Muffler and Illusion Staff of Bordeaux are +18 or higher, increases the damage of Neutral property magical attacks on targets by 10%.
• Leviathan Muffler & Toad Card Set - Reduces damage taken from Neutral property attacks by 20%.
