Player is a group of playable races. These groups are known as Human.

The Human race shares modifiers with the Demi-Human monster race, but the two do not always affect each other. Random Options that affect Demi-Human enemies will not affect Players, but Random Options that affect Medium-sized enemies, non-Boss enemies, and Neutral enemies (as long as a Player is not wearing an elemental armor) will also affect Players.

Gears that state Player specifically will generally affect Humans.
