- You will want to first navigate to Lou Yang via the Boat in Alberta at .
Note: This will cost 10,000 Zeny. You must also be base 70 to go to Louyang.
- Once in Louyang Navigate to Jiu Lian Bu.
- Accept Jiu quest to steal the Dragon Soup Broth from the towns bar on the east side of the city. Head to

- Liu will teleport you both on top of a hill. Note: Mi Gaos can hide, clear the hill top before continuing.
