Overview

Options gear.png

Some monsters in Midgard now have a chance to drop weapons and armor with additional random stats, called Random Options. The number of options and their quality depends on the monster's level and difficulty.

For example, a Poring is a level 1 monster, so the Knife they drop can have 1 option from the Monster level 1-20 category. Alternatively, Phreeoni is a boss monster, so the Two-handed Sword it drops will have 3 random melee options from the Boss category.

Besides monsters being able to drop weapons and armor with additional random stats, the weapons that Blacksmiths craft will now also have options. The number of options will depend on if the Blacksmith is ranked or not.

Note: Zero-exclusive weapons and equipment will have Fever Options, even if they're not on a Fever Field or drop from a Fever Boss.

  • ATK+ = WeaponAtk + ATK
  • ATK %+ = WeaponAtk * ATK%
  • MATK = WeaponMatk + MATK
  • MATK %+ = (StatusMatk + equipMatk) * Matk%

All non +9 gear will need 25767.png 1 Angel's Dream, 7511.png 5 Rune of Darkness, and 7063.png 5 Soft Feather.

All +9 of higher gear will need either 250,000 zeny or 9100000.png 1 Daily Coin to enchant. These also have better enchantments on the 2nd slot over the non +9 gear.

Resetting will cost 200,000 zeny.
