Full Divestment (Alt: Full Strip) is a Transcendent 2nd class offensive skill available as Stalker.
Effect
Simultaneously casts Divest Helm, Divest Armor, Divest Shield and Divest Weapon.

Notes
- Skill fails when used on a player with Full Chemical Protection.
- Can be used on Boss type monsters.
- Only shows animation on success.
- DEX difference between the caster and the target affects the success chance.
- If the success rate drops below your base success chance, the base success chance will be used instead.
- The success rate is believed to be:
- Duration = 135 seconds +/- 1 second per 2 difference in DEX between caster and target
